Quietroom’s ‘Engaging People In Their Future: New Ways To Solve An Old Problem’

Wednesday 2 May, 2018 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Instead of looking in the same old places for the same old answers, representatives of Quiet Room are going to bring some new voices and new ideas to you. They’ve brought together speakers from other sectors who’ve solved problems just like the one we face -getting people to change their behaviour when it comes to things that could really affect their future:

Laura Willoughby MBE, the social entrepreneur behind Move Your Money, a campaign encouraging people to switch banks, and Club Soda, a mindful drinking movement.
Luay Alfaham, the communicator responsible for the CyberAware campaign at the Home Office.
Two more speakers to be revealed
Rhys Williams, Strategy Director at communications consultancy, Quietroom, with 12 years' experience transforming communications for pension schemes and employers.
Vincent Franklin, Co-Founder of Quietroom, actor in shows such as The Thick Of It, Cucumber and Happy Valley, and proud owner of the 'Most Entertaining Speaker Of The Decade' award from the Pensions Network.

You can read the full agenda and RSVP here.

Over the course of the morning, we’ll look at how to:

Build movements people want to join
Craft messages that make people listen
Deliver communications that change the way people behave and get them to take action
Talk about difficult subjects in a way that leaves people better informed and better off

You’ll also get to meet representatives from Young Money and UK Youth, as well as a diverse group of campaigners, communicators, researchers and behavioural experts.

It’s all happening on Thursday 17th May, 8:30am - 11:30am at the Museum of London, so don't miss out on a complimentary space and register your free attendance here!

Let’s put our heads together and come up with some fresh thinking.

Mark Scantlebury
Co founder of Quietroom
