Member participation needed!

We are looking forward to seeing you at AMNT's May 6th members only webinar starting at a new time at 10:15am.  There will be no journalists or external stakeholders present, and thus this will give members an excellent opportunity to speak their mind freely about the themes raised in the webinar.  Active participation by our members is needed, we hope this will not be a passive webinar!
The webinar will consist of two parts:
10:15 to 10:20 - Introduction by Janice Turner and David Weeks, Co-Chairs of AMNT 
10:20am to 10:50am - AMNT's updated 2021 Red Line Voting policies 
The Red Lines have been updated and are ready for your approval!
Please download the updated Red Line Voting policies below where you will also find a useful introduction summarising the changes made for your ease of reference.   The original red lines are still available at should you wish to review them in more detail.
During this session, Janice Turner, Co-Chair and Leanne Clements, Campaign Manager of AMNT who will be providing members with a summary of AMNT's updated 2021 Red Line Voting (RLV) policies and answering any questions members may have.  At the end of the discussion, we will be asking members to endorse the updated Red LIne Voting policies, as was done when RLV was first launched in 2015.

10:50am to 11:25am - DWP's consultation on social risks and opportunities in pension schemes
Janice Turner and AMNT's Committee member Stephen Fallowell will discuss the Government's new consultation on the consideration of social risks and opportunities by occupational pension schemes.  The consultation seeks to assess how trustees of pension schemes understand “social” factors and how they seek to integrate considerations of financially material social factors into their investment and stewardship activities.  Janice and Stephen will provide a brief synopsis of the consultation, after which there will be time for questions and provide feedback to aid AMNT in their submission to this consultation.  Further details on the consultation can be found here: Consideration of social risks and opportunities by occupational pension schemes - GOV.UK (
