TPR’s New DB Funding Code: are you ready for change?

TPR's New DB Funding Code: are you ready for change?

The Pensions Regulator (TPR) published their first consultation on the new DB Funding Code of Practice back in March, introducing the new twin track approach for demonstrating compliance.

Register to join our webinar, on 17 August, with the Association of Member Nominated Trustees (AMNT) as we discuss the principles of the new Code and what this means for you.

The session will cover:

  • The upcoming changes to the principles of DB funding
  • Practical examples on how you can assess whether your scheme is likely to pass the “Fast Track” requirements, or will need to go down the “Bespoke” route.
  • A panel discussion with us and the AMNT answering your questions on funding and investment plans and complying with the new Code.

If you have any questions you'd like to ask the panel, please submit them in advance. The panel discussion will be followed by a live Q&A.
