Seminar invitation This seminar is aimed at anyone who has responsibility for running a DB, DC or hybrid pension arrangement and focuses on TPR’s powers and the steps being taken to use them. Drawing on the powers that TPR has exercised in the past and what it is now saying about how it will act in the future, our litigation and regulatory experts will discuss how TPR’s actions will spread more widely than ever before – in both a DB and a DC context. Whilst not everyone may welcome this new regulatory era, there is no doubting its existence – and the impact will be felt by a great many pension schemes. The session will be part lecture and part case study with the aim of bringing the issues to life and generating good discussion.
