We are delighted to invite you to our Annual UK Pensions Update, being hosted as a series of webinars and concluding with an in-person panel and networking event at our brand new office at 280 Bishopsgate.
Our virtual sessions will cover various key legal issues which trustees and sponsoring employers are likely to be addressing in the year ahead, including a look at several recent pensions trends affecting occupational schemes from the sponsoring employer’s perspective. We will also look back at the practical impact of some of the most interesting court cases and Pensions Ombudsman determinations from 2023.
Our in-person panel discussion will focus on the future of DB risk management and be followed by a networking reception.

This session will reflect on several highly relevant pensions projects that we have worked on during 2023 and will consider them from the sponsoring employer’s perspective. In particular, we will be looking at projects to consolidate trustee boards, the shift towards master trusts, corporate activity through the lens of the Pensions Regulator’s powers and general scheme consolidation trends.
