Russell Investments: Highlights from our Client Summit

We are pleased to share the highlights from our 2025 Russell Investments Virtual Summit. In addition, please read our CEO’s latest blog that highlights how the outdated 401(k) system fails to support Gen Z's dynamic career paths and emphasises the need for portable, automatic retirement savings to ensure financial stability.

SESSION ONE:

Our Chief Investment Strategists, Paul Eitelman and Andrew Pease were joined by our Chief Investment Officer, Kate El-Hillow, and Matt Gertken, Chief Strategist: Geopolitical and U.S. Political Strategy at BCA Research. They talked about the impact of recent geopolitical shifts on investorportfolios, and also addressed the future outlook for the U.S. dollar, and U.S. and global equities.

SESSION TWO:

We shared some current research on the intersection of active management and market concentrations, with a particular focus on efforts to isolate alpha impact from managers. We'll continue to share this conversation with you as this research progresses.

SESSION THREE:

And finally, we had a compelling panel of clients, including Sharon Moore from Augusta Health, Ashley Mawhorter from PG&E, and AngusBotterell from Ontario IMCO. The panel shared their portfolio positioning strategies within the realities of 2025.
