We are pleased to invite you to the latest Deloitte seminar “M&A – The Pensions Perspective”, to be held at our Stonecutter Court lecture theatre on Tuesday 10th November.

Speakers

Malcom Weir, Head of Restructuring & Insolvency at the Pension Protection Fund and Mike Birch, Lead Business Analyst for The Pensions Regulator, will be sharing the thoughts of these key organisations on some of the issues facing defined benefit pension schemes and their sponsors, during times of mergers, acquisitions and other corporate activity.

They will later be joined by a panel of Deloitte experts in a ‘Question Time’ style debate, lifting the lid on many of the complex issues that may arise. This will include an opportunity for you to put your questions directly to the panel, helping those that are experiencing or anticipating corporate activity better understand the pitfalls and solutions they may encounter.
