Imogen joined LCP in 2010 and is a member of LCP’s specialist de-risking practice, advising both trustees and sponsors looking to reduce their longevity risk through buy-ins, buy-outs and longevity swaps. She has advised on over twenty transactions, helping her clients from the early stages of their de-risking journey through to the execution of their deals. Recent transactions include the £880m pensioner buy-in for Littlewoods and full buy-outs for Investec, Pirelli and Shop Direct.

Charlie jointly set up LCP's award-winning buy-in, buy-out and longevity swap practice in 2006 and has since helped many clients to design and implement buy-ins and buy-outs to reduce longevity risk. He has advised on some of the UK’s landmark transactions including the £9bn of buy-ins by the ICI pension fund and the £3.5bn full buy-out of the Philips pension fund. Recent transactions include the £1.2bn full buy-in by Commerzbank and the £1.1bn full buy-in by Tate & Lyle.

Tom helps clients solve a wide range of investment related challenges, including setting investment strategy, asset-liability modelling, fund selection and implementation.

Tom's clients include multi-billion pound pension schemes and other institutional entities such as central banks, sovereign wealth funds and private wealth managers. He also has a key role on LCP’s equity research team, chairs LCP’s Asset Class Assumptions Group and is a member of LCP’s de-risking practice.
