Jonathan is an LCP partner with over 25 years’ wide ranging experience in helping larger employers and pension scheme trustees manage all aspects of their pension risks, including helping companies consider the pension aspects of M&A activity, refinancing and restructurings.
Jonathan leads LCP’s response to the Pension Schemes Act and advises a number of large UK companies on its implications for board and corporate governance.
Having moved to LCP in 2020 after a decade at a Big Four firm, Laura has experience of working with teams across multi-disciplinary functions to deliver complex projects and transactions for corporates.
Laura is also a Scheme Actuary and advises trustees on a broad range of pensions issues. Laura has a particular interest in the implications of the new Pension Schemes Act for both corporates and trustees in the context of routine business activity.
Helen joined LCP's Covenant team in 2020 from The Pensions Regulator, where she was Lead Business Analyst carrying out the full range of covenant work. She was also involved in the development of the 2020 funding code consultation and other provisions of the Pension Schemes Act 2021.
Helen has 15 years' experience in covenant advisory and a background in restructuring. Helen is currently spending a considerable proportion of her time advising companies and trustees on the Pension Schemes Act.
