Hymans Robertson “What kind of tomorrow do we and our children deserve?”

Wednesday 13 September, 2017 @ 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

We’re on the brink of a revolution. The rise of robots, smart medicines, automated transport, increased lifespans – science and technology are set to have an unprecedented impact on society, economics and policy-making.

Whether this leads to utopia or an existential crisis for humanity is largely down to the actions we take today – as individuals, companies and policy-makers.

Better Futures is a one-day event, bringing together speakers from a range of highly-relevant disciplines, to take an in-depth look at the emerging challenges we will face in the decades to come. We will debate the impact AI could have on health and longevity, the workforce and both state and individual finances. We’ll examine the implications of our actions today on everything from economic distribution models and healthcare provision through to savings and protection.

Legacy begins today
Better futures aren’t down to chance
