Seminar invitation Register today GMP equalisation through conversion Just before Easter, the DWP issued long-awaited guidance on converting guaranteed minimum pensions (GMPs) as a means of equalising future benefits between men and women. The guidance follows the High Court judgment in October last year, which made clear that trustees must amend their schemes to equalise for the different effect of GMPs on male and female benefits.
