Retirement Guidance –supporting employees is in two parts: Session 1 - (11:00 -12:00 noon). Session 2 - (14:00 -15:00). Sessions are offered through our virtual training platform using an internet connection. You will need video and audio access to do this training and if you work in an open plan office you may want to use head phones. The course helps anyone responsible for providing information to employees who are considering accessing retirement saving by explaining key factors that employees need to consider.

Session 2 - Accessing retirement savings

• Workplace pensions - the outcomes
• Factors which impact upon retirement savings e.g. pension scheme type, taxation  and employee choices
